Stage 1. Initial acquaintance

We receive an application from the company on our website and contact us within 24 hours to schedule an initial call with a potential client.

The initial call lasts up to 30 minutes, during which we learn about the specifics of the client’s business, about the project, about the specialists to be found, and also talk about ourselves, about our conditions, guarantees.

If we see that the client wants to find a candidate with a high level of qualification at a lower than the market price, we talk about what is happening on the market, help the client better plan the budget for an employee.

Stage 2. Analysis of the vacancy profile

After an understanding is reached at the first stage, we offer to fill out an application for the selection of an IT specialist, approve the profile of vacancies. This will allow us to carry out, as they say, “fine tuning” of the entire process, to identify and agree with the customer on the key points in terms of requirements, expectations, preferences, etc. A preliminary assessment of the market, prospects and possible terms for closing the vacancy is carried out. The client is provided with information on market conditions for this vacancy. There is a bilateral discussion of all issues of the procedure for selecting IT specialists: requirements, conditions of interaction, procedure and consideration of candidates, etc. are being adjusted.

Stage 3. Signing the contract

After agreeing on all the details of cooperation, we sign an agreement and start the search.

Stage 4. Search, selection and evaluation of candidates

Planning and distribution of work, determination of key criteria and parameters, methods and directions of search, etc. Direct search, selection and evaluation of candidates. One of the mandatory procedures is an interview – an online meeting with our recruiter.

Our specialists, as a rule, well understand not only the expectations and needs of our clients in the professional qualities of the future employee, but also the type of person who adapts as soon as possible and will successfully develop in the company in the future. This work is especially effective when the agency-company partnership is long-term and lasts for years.

Stage 5. Presentation of the candidate

After a careful and multi-stage selection of candidates, the most deserving, the best of those who have passed the interview are selected. Based on all the information received and collected, we form a СV, reflecting the experience, results achieved and other information. At the same time, at the request of the customer (if necessary), along with the resume, additional information can be provided that allows evaluating certain professional qualities and experience of the candidate.

The resume is sent to the company for consideration. After that, the company informs the recruiter about the results of the review of the resume for each candidate, and in case of refusal, indicates the reasons for the refusal. Such feedback allows us to adjust our work, take into account all the wishes of the client, and achieve the maximum expected result. In case of a positive decision on the resume, the parties proceed to the next stage – an interview at the employer’s company.

Stage 6. Organization of interviews in the company

Our recruiting agency always provides services for organizing and coordinating the entire process of interaction between the company and the candidate until the agency’s work is completed and the parties come to an agreement (or disagreement). Comments and recommendations, resolution of disputes. Negotiations, consultations can be held following the results of the final interview or when discussing the terms of the Job Offer. And all this is aimed, as a result, at agreeing the date of the candidate’s entry to work in the customer’s company.

Stage 7. Support and guarantees

After the candidate enters the job, the agency’s warranty obligations begin to operate and in case of dismissal of a specialist from the customer’s company before the end of the warranty period (or trial period), we provide the company with a free one-time replacement of the candidate. Consultations, assistance and support within the framework of agreements are provided free of charge.

In general terms, and in most cases, the procedure for selecting IT specialists looks exactly like this. We will be glad if our information will help you make the right decision. In addition, you can always get professional advice from HeadFinder.
